television pictures are breaking up with distoration on Thursday morning

    BBC (at least) are aware, not sure if it effects sattelite channels.

    My conspiracy theory is that some one is messing around with the signals

    in connection with events at Celtic Manor and the NATO conference

    I'm probably the closest one here to the Celtic Manor and I can confirm my TV is working fine <ok>

    Technical problems, something to do with circuits. Engineers are working on it.

    I have got a vision of NTTDs in a dark room surrounded by televisions and radios and a reel to reel tape recorder like a James Bond control centre with him monitoring any BCFC communications like at GCHQ.

    Actually this is my week off and I noticed the pictures on the telly were flicking?

    several times and I thought it was new telly time.

    Then on BBC they said viewers might be getting picture distortion

    So there you go.
