Worked with a couple of Canadians too, you think they're going to be like Americans but they're not - whereas Americans are pretty quick witted, Canadians are a little bit slower on the uptake and not too pleased to have it pointed out. In a presentation scenario one of them was holding up a leaflet saying 'and if you look on the backside ...' everyone fell about. On pointing out the 'error', the lady in question was none too pleased.

 

Livtor is my best friend on these forums, you lot leave him alone.

 

It's funny isn't it how different people take differently to someone. I think G was on the verge of banning him, how close have you come?

 

i take it going by this thread, i have missed a lot of the bullshit with livtor then?

i have never had a problem with him, seems ok to me, banning him?

 

I'm more put off by the boring, repetitive wums, tbh. The ones who aren't interested in any sort of contribution and just have a need to be noticed. They're the ones I'd ban, not because they're offensive, but just because they clog up the threads with the same old unfunny nonsense all the time.
Liv has a rather erm... individual style, it's true, but some of the things he says are worthy of debate.

 

Not missed anything mate. I made a comment earlier that G only gets wound up by Livtor and nobody else. The banning thing was from a thread the other day when Liv and G were having a 'discussion' and warning [informal I think] was given.

I've not seen why people get wound up by him either. Sometimes he says things which sound a little incorrect to me, but he's never wound me up.

He used to like action flicks before the snip snip.

Far too many 'men' know far too much about washing machines....seriously WTF.

Last time ours packed up I just said how much for a new one and handed over the money - without getting out my chair and going to the laundry room, I woudn't even be able to tell you what make it is

I don't Iron, Wash or dry clothes, and most other general housework. I've made that clear and she's fine with it. She's OCD with cleaning, the house is always ****ing spotless - crazy bitch!

I do however, cook, hoover (got some crazy beast of a Dyson that pretty much does it for you), and dog walk.
