see sods been appointed head coach, to England under19"s,that should set the youth setup back 10 years.
http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/Bristo...iscoll-lands/story-22869730-detail/story.html My worry is about communication - I do't think he can put his point of view accross to the players - very important in a young group
He is a brilliant communicator. What he says about being the best player without the ball, everybody needs to do one and a half jobs makes a lot of sense sense to even kids of seven and eight ... Jay Emmanuel Thomas doesn't apply there obviously. I would like to see more O'Driscoll's involved in the FA to help lay out a blue print how to improve football over a ten year period. The Dykes might finall get the message.
SOD as i said was hung out to dry here, fantastic appointment by England, plays football the right way. Best of luck to you Sean, the kids will benefit from you.
If being hung out to dry means being absolutely useless and our worst manager in history then yeah I agree..
If he was so great you might of learned to spell his name correctly RR Anyway from a Welshman Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Sod's title of head coach suggests that he's better at being a coach than a manager, hence why he got the role. I've got nothing against him, however like Millen (second period) he was out of his depth.
Wasn't he referred to as 'first team coach' here.. Better would have been 'first team coach driver'...
So he applied for the coach drivers job,and got the Managers job by mistake. Not as strange as it seems Didn't the BBC have an interview with a guy about some thing technical, and the guy was there for a job interview?
