    see sods been appointed head coach, to England under19"s,that should set the youth setup back 10 years.

    He is a brilliant communicator. What he says about being the best player without the ball, everybody needs to do one and a half jobs makes a lot of sense sense to even kids of seven and eight ...

    Jay Emmanuel Thomas doesn't apply there obviously.

    I would like to see more O'Driscoll's involved in the FA to help lay out a blue print how to improve football over a ten year period. The Dykes might finall get the message.

    Sod's title of head coach suggests that he's better at being a coach than a manager, hence why he got the role.

    I've got nothing against him, however like Millen (second period) he was out of his depth.

    Wasn't he referred to as 'first team coach' here..

    Better would have been 'first team coach driver'...

    So he applied for the coach drivers job,and got the Managers job by mistake.

    Not as strange as it seems

    Didn't the BBC have an interview with a guy about some thing technical,and the guy was there for a job interview?
