Now if Pikey FC weren't using immoral devices to dodge paying their rent, then perhaps the kids and pensioners might have a day centre to go to, or the council might not have to cut back on other services. I have provided links which show that Swansea City Council have been forced to cut back because of fiscal problems, unrelated, well that was done to show how wide reaching the cuts were. I am not blaming SCFC for the country's deep seated financial woes, but common sense and a basic understanding of economics should tell you that it is obvious that the less you have, well the less you can spend. IF If Swansea City Council had
more income, then they could spend more........and perhaps the cuts needn't be so deep. The football club using a device to withold payment has a direct effect on the amount that Swansea City Council have to spend, which has a knock on effect on public services.........I'd be interested to see how you can deny this. As for the council, they have lost nothing, they have increased income coming in because of shopping centre there, they have spent nothing as they had the land, it was doing nothing, the retailers and grants paid for the stadium, and plus they got the vetch field and the land for a debt that was peanuts, and that land when its developed is worth millions.
