Its the time of the year when teams play in the opening rounds of minor cup comps, playing sub strength teams hoping to skip past the early rounds, until it gets interesting in the new year, at least with the paint pot unlike the lager can, teams have to field at least 6 players that have either played in the last league game or the majority of the games that season, football league that note bring that one in for the league cup. That's the rant over with, so 5 changes are expected for tonight's game against Cov, with the incoming players looking to claim a regular start. I can't make this one due to a 5am start tomorrow but I will be going Saturday here hoping for a Chairboys win maybe pens and a trip to Wembley next spring

sounded like we played well by all accounts, just couldn't finish... but a good performance, no injurys and getting rid of the tinpot trophy, sounds a successful night!
