Trolls and wummers on here

It's an interesting suggestion, but the posters I'm talking about are obviously using multiple accounts and are posting deliberately provocative stuff then getting all shirty with anyone who comments against them. That's very different to simply airing views that others disagree with.

 

Half of the WUMs and trolls I'm certain are the same sad ****er.

I see this forum as very much like the TDD on Skysports. Specifically the outside broadcasts.

You sit there watching, wondering why the man-child acting like a twat is acting like a twat, and that surely he knows he looks like a twat, that everyone can see he IS a twat, but he is carrying on. You sit there baffled at the pure stupidity and despair at the future of our nation.

Then someone sticks a dildo in the presenters ear and you laugh, because that *was* funny, and you concentrate again on the next update from outside the KC.

Basically, it's a lot of crap with some interesting tidbits and some moments of pure comedy. You have to shuffle through the crap to see the golden bits.

 

-Some people come on here and constantly spew out a load of crap because they actually believe what they're saying.
-Some people come on here and make controversial posts which others get defensive about and calle the posters WUMs even if they have valid points.
-Some people come on here and post a load of crap without actually believing it, simply because they know others will fall for it.
-Some people should know by now that certain posters post what they believe 50% of the time and the other 50% is intended to wind people up, but they keep taking the bait.
-Some people firmly believe the polar opposite of what some other people believe and any time that issue crops up they'll end up insulting each other.

It's the internet, it's what happens.

I try very hard to not be overly critical, offensive or rude. Sometimes its hard though.

I agree Polly, I used to read the board here a lot when it first started up, was very friendly at the start now can only really be bothered checking every now and then, looking for actual info on here can be a bit painful at times.
