    Well lads, after all of the fundraising, training, hard work, immunizing and packing its finally that time for me to say Goodbye or Mweraba (Luganda word for it), I'm set to fly from Newcastle at 6:30am tomorrow! I'm stopping in Paris and Kenya before landing in Entebbe and travelling onto the Ugandan capital of Kampala. I'm set to be working in the region of Masaka and will spend 7 weeks meeting Education Minsiters, school teachers, librarians and most importantly school children.

    I said it before, but it definitely needs saying again:

    Thank you to everyone who donated, bumped, stickied and unstickied the fundraiser thread. It means so much and you can all take pride in knowing that whatever help you provided has gone towards HOPEFULLY helping thousands of kids while I'm there!

    I'm hoping I'll get a bit of time to catch up on all things Newcastle and manage to track to down an internet supply, but if not I get back on the 22nd August so hopefully we'll have a handful of new top class players, 6 points on the board and another half season of bragging rights!
