Must be now thinking. 's**t. I have a job on my hands now'.

I'm sure when he signed, regardless of the generic interview patter, that he expected to be a starter every week. But with all the signings we have just made he is really going to struggle to get a start.

I rate him and think he has massive potential but so far in competitive games I haven't been too impressed. He came here to get game time and start which I can't see happening too often anymore(starting that is).

Obviously it is good for us to have strength in depth, competition and quality players coming off the bench rather than championship quality players.

The team is still 'bonding' and there will be even more 'bonding' to do with the new recruits coming in. I feel we will have to keep our criticism to ourselves until we have ten League games under our belt. Even then it will be 'horses-for-courses' when it comes to team selection and (imo) we are still short of depth up front.
Those 'old un's' on these boards will remember the 'Waggy and Co' era where Waggy, Chillo and Butler knew instinctively where each other was and the passing was superb even though we were only in the third and second tiers at the time. Waggy and Chillo liked to run on to a ball whereas Butler liked it to his feet.
We appear to have the ingredients for a solid team so it's now up to them and Steve Bruce to get the right proportions.

It's not about bonding it's about Ince.

Not sure what kind of player he is meant to be. He's weaker than his dad so don't expect him to be a midfield general. He doesn't seem to be an out and out striker. Might score a few screamers like he has for Blackpool but other than that he's a little bit of nothing really. Maybe a winger but didn't see much crossing from him.

I think he's looked sharp in the small bursts he's had, and I think he'll play a major part, but it's definitely good to have strong competition against him as the way he talks at times, you'd think he'd won the Ballon D'or already.

I see him becoming a super sub. Running defences into the ground for the last 20 minutes of a game.

I expect Ince to benefit from the team being overall more creative and generally doing well. Can see him coming on when we are doing well/winning and showing his full potential.

Also I can't wait to see Robertson in a game we're dominating.

I think Ince is an out and out winger - against Trechin when he came on he was the best player on the pitch on the right, and his run and cross set up the winner.

In a 352 I don't think he fits in as he has to play up front, but in a 442/4231 etc I think he could be a really useful player for us.

I just feel, like aluko, hes been playing out of position upmfront, you have to be fairly strong to be up top, as you are often battling with defenders, stick him in behind the two strikers or out on the wing and he'll do fine, I agree ive not beem impressed het, but hes not a striker in my eyes!

The jury is out with me on Innes, however the next 6 months will prove whether he has got a great future or just a good one, as he will have to prove he is good enough to warrant a place in a team of good quality.

A change in formation will suit most of our team down to the ground with our new signings. No more 3 at the back!

Maybe for the next game since you have to prepare for it, but long term i reckon it'll start being faded out to 442/4321/4231

He'll have to prove he himself more for me and bruce, if we put him out of attack, theres is still a few players id choose over him, who are better quality, I think if jelavic or hernandez got injured,he'd have to play of the front man, becuase he isnt good enough as a striker
