Years ago I played one of the earlier Championship manager games and through sheer bloody-mindedness, ludicrous levels of sleep deprivation and withering looks from the then girlfriend, finally got Hull City up through the leagues to finally win the Premiership and then beat PSV Eindhoven in the final of the European cup.
Now : from fantasy to a chance of it being a reality. Spledid times to be a City fan.
