so i am looking at bbc website as skys is actually ****e. Is the falcao one "confirmed" as in he's got a scarf. or is the deal agreed but city and arsenal might match it? The bbc website is confusing as it says done deal then expected as well later.
Manchester United have agreed a season-long loan deal with Monaco for striker Radamel Falcao, according to Sky sources. A plane is expected to come into Manchester airport at 4.50pm this afternoon from Nice and our sources expect Falcao to be on board as he heads for talks and a medical at Old Trafford ahead of a loan that is worth between £5-6million. this is the answer, its not yet done but the player will arrive and obviously will then head to city's ground
From what I can tell the deal is agreed but medical and personal terms need agreeing. So in theory someone else can come in if Monaco accept there offer.
it'd just be funny if everyone found out after that city or arsenal do gazzump the offer... however one must assume its a done deal but that white will be on sky all evening and night mentioning it every 5 mins.
Zenit St. Pete have signed Bart Simpson please log in to view this image Surprised they signed someone who is "yellow"- I thought they had a white-only policy at St. Pete. Is racism finally over at Zenit?
can i ask you seriosuly. a) would you hang round your club to get on sky tv even if it took you all day and evening to get on b) if you were a camera man on this miserable day what would you do between links back to slysports HQ to keep sane?
BR saying we might get another player in. Probably another Keeper, most likely. Valdes has been mooted but he's injured until December, so that'd not have an immediate impact on the club.
A deal has gone down at Loftus Road. Former France midfielder Lassana Diarra was all set to sign for QPR and work with Harry Redknapp again after their days at Portsmouth, but there has been a hitch in talks for the 29-year-old Lokomotiv Moscow player. oh no harry's envelope wasn't padded properly....
I think they are not allowed, off license probably... though... would you not get fired if you left sky sports tv camera out with a bunch of 10 year olds while you went to pub.
"Ian Stirling, vice-chair of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust, tells me: 'When Falcao is turning down other clubs to come to us, you have to feel good about it. United are still a great attraction for players even though we are not in the Champions League this season.' yeah I'm sure being the only club willing to meet his demands had nothing to do with it!
