Even slightly disappointed we didn't win
. We can easily stay up on this showing of effort and a lot of skill.

Very VERY good performance. Another superb goal from Ulloa. And what a beast Wes Morgan is. Captain fantastic.

Even Andy King is looking like a top premier league midfielder!

thought tbh that he was missing in the first half , but after 3 games against top 5 opposition our second choice midfield pairing have proved them selves so far to be upto the job. cant wait till nugent and vardy have scored, i think that they will both get double figures looking at the number and quality of chances we are still creating

Had a quick look on the Arsenal board and they're having a DQPR style breakdown. Seems they thought they'd win without turning up, cocky t***s. No credit at all for what was an excellent performance by our lads, they might have had 60% possession and 24 shots but I never thought they looked like scoring (obviously top teams are capable at any time) but our chances by Vardy and esspecially Ulloa were as good as any they created. Arsenal = plastic armchair fans who never probably been to a game in their life

Arsenal were woeful. Didn't create anything apart from the goal. Both managers expressed their reaction to the 24 Arsenal shot stat - very surprised.

Didn't think we were perfect either, quite a few mistakes and ill-informed decisions. Looking forward to a fully fit squad against Stoke. Think we can beat them.

    Whats up with that! <laugh>

Felt that, although the whole team played well, Hammond will be replaced by either DD or Cambiasso next match.

I felt Hammond has played really well but I noticed he made a number of fouls today that eventually resulted in a card. Maybe Cambiasso has the experience to avoid that but I haven't seen him play so just guessing

I thought the ref had a good game.

Strange (but good) decision to take play back to a free kick for leicester. it's the way i'd like see advantage played.
rugby (almost too much time playing on to see if advantage occurs) & hockey do it well.

    Yeah ref was good.

Id like to see DD and King in the next game but is very harsh on Hammond

Apart from doing the usual ref trick of booking players in the last 20 minutes for fouls that wouldn't have got bookings in the first half, the refereeing was excellent. It's really noticeable how better the refs are at this level.

Well dne lads, thats a great point against a team that will be up there at the end of the season.
Id say youve had a dream start onsidering your oppo and Stoke are there for you to beat. You've played wel against all the top sides and have got more points than most thought you would.
lets hope you can keep this going as the season continues.
Just my view but you need to hope the inevitable injuries and suspensions we will all get, dont affect you and you have enough decent back up to keep the run going.
The likes of the top 5 can replace a multi million pound player with another. Us newly promoted sides cant.
Credit where its due and good luck for the rest of the season. <ok>

Cheers Queenie. We're using the backup now really, still many of our players are not at 100% (Vardy, Knocky, Drinky, James, Albrighton) and Cambiasso and Simpson have yet to debut. So we've not really been at our best yet. Can't wait until we are.

I was just going to say the same Gangsta
We are still playing with our 2 reserve central midfielders king and Hammond. But now era have Drinkwater back along with Cambiasso and James soon back hopefully. Albrighton is also now fit and came on today as did Vardy and looked dangerous. As you know we have some excellent cover at full back with Danny Simpson and I expect another 1-2 players come the end of the day Monday
All in all our squad is now looking really healthy and thrilled to bits with ours start to the season

Thoroughly enjoyable game and a very well deserved point. Hammond and King have done really well but thought Drinkwater in just a few minutes looked superb which is exciting and like others can't wait to get the first team out there.

2 weeks off now giving James, Drinkwater, Vardy, Knockaert and Cambiasso time to get close to match fit

I dont think any of us wouldnt have taken 2 points from the first 3 games.

    Theres only 1 Nigel Pearson

Yeah to be fair, if offered 2 point from the first 3, i think alot of us would have taken it, same with being offered a point at the beginning of todays.

I'd have taken 1 point from the first 5 games. Playing especially well against these 'big boys'. Need to ensure we play with the same tempo against our mini league opposition.
