I couldn't give a **** about the result today, just like I couldn't care less that we have 4 points already. We're 3 games in and playing a team we never beat at a ground we never win at, expectations were hardly high. Although, from memory, all the goals we've conceded this season have been from gifting possession.
Think Bruce needs to change the formation, go 4 at the back. If we can knick a goal we've got a chance.
On a different note we need to switch to a back 4 ASAP, they're taking hue advantage of the gaps behind the wing backs. It was obvious after they made 3 very dangerous attacks down the flanks in the first 10 minutes, why is cushion face ignoring it?
Credit to Lambert. He's realised that sticking two players on Elmo effectively wipes out all of our attacking options.
- Getting absolutely smashed down the right wing. - Davies looks terrible and disinterested. - A team that starts with Quinn is not good enough. - Ince has done seemingly nothing since we signed him. - There is no midfield and they are cutting through it easily. - Too many mistakes and misplaced passes. - Jelavic having to drop way too deep. - Rosenior needs to be playing. - Aston Villa aren't even playing that well and we are playing terribly. Thank **** we aren't in Europe anymore.
