    When I very first heard The Smiths, I was about 10 and they sounded awful to me. I think it was mainly due to Morrissey's singing.

    Now I can't get enough of them. To the point where I've been searching for bootlegs of them.

    Can't argue with much of that - u got horses in there I love Patti smith n her recent covers album is good too
    Her cover of nivarnas smells like teen spirit is the shiiiit

    I think the problem after the Spiders was he never had a settled band. The Spiders had great band chemistry.
