In 10 years time the happy-clappy food and/or health nuts will be jumping up and down and telling you that you are going to die of X,Y or Z because of all of the whatevers that you consumed in all those juices! Have a smoke and a bacon butty for breakfast - you know it makes sense.
Sounds excellent Sky,good mix of stuff in there. Its just got to be good for you P.S. Your not on commission are you?
I'm off to a BBQ later - so don't worry I'll make up for having such a healthy breakfast On a serious note though this nutribullet is a crazy bit of kit - you get a free recipe book with it that has recipes to help with things like anxiety, depression, immune system, fatigue etc. - also the internet is littered with recipes, even one's that apparantely help with cancer prevention. It's just so quick and easy, takes 5 minutes to make your juice, and about 30 seconds to clean it all up, as it's one big cup and a 4 prong blade that screws onto the cup, then you screw the cup into the machine (which is nice and small for storage). So you only have to clean the cup and the rinse the blade. It comes with **** loads of other size cups and accessories - different blades for grinding etc. But I've not needed anything else as of yet. Once you have a selection of the main base ingredients, such as the various seeds, you can put anything in - I'm still experimenting with flavours but the one I had this morning was absolutely gorgeous
becoming a bit of a foodie site. So here is an old foodie joke What is the difference between Nigella and an cross country run? One is a pant in the country
Finished joint second in yesterday's tournament (League then top two playoff in a final showdown) so we had a penalty shootout to see who played the final. After six penalties each, we lost 5-4 Nailed my penalty though; two steps, place with power into the right side netting Today's seven-a-side tournament starts at 2pm. We're the current holders but have a bit of a makeshift side today. I will be running through brick rules to retain it, especially with my legs aching after playing Friday and all day yesterday!
Honestly mate - if you get the mix right it's gorgeous. I did try one last night that was disgusting, I guess it's just working out what works well with each other. I'm still experimenting, but this morning followed a proper recipe and it was gorgeous. Don't knock it till you try it
I'm making a Jambalaya today but I'm going to shove the pot on the BBQ and do it all outside with a few beers, might be the last BBQ of the Summer.
Sounds nice Luv. I'm going to the Mrs's Cousins Birthday BBQ - The BBQ is the side event as her cousin and their mates are mash heads. They've filled a small paddling pool up with home made Punch Plus they've bought 2 barrels of cheddar valley cider - a well known cider in Dorset, but made in somerset, that absolutely ****s you up. Looks weird please log in to view this image
That looks mutant - amazing that it's not consuming the plastic cup!!! I know some truly wonderful and strong 'farm' ciders that tend to be classic falling down water. There's 4 distinct parts of Somerset and each tries to lay claim to being the true home of cider.
Won three, drew three and lost one (to the winners), plus I bagged a goal; from just outside my own area #goalofday
Jambalaya was amazing, great to make it on the BBQ and so easy once the prep is done. Had a few beers and made it after the game.
Text from my lad earlier on.............'Alonso's first game for Bayern, most touches, most completed passes and most distance covered.Still got it'
