Almost everyone but Gus can see this, its very worrying, lets hope the penny has finally dropped. But managers are strange beasts.
Today was a day to be forgotten ....... just like Newcastle, Man Utd, Everton, Man City, West Ham supporters will do. Just a game that didn't suit us when we had too many players not doing their jobs.
There's lots we don't know ........ has Poyet been told to put Fletcher in the shop window prior to the end of the window, is Wickham being played wide to make him look **** in case someone is looking to make a bid, etc etc. I can't believe that's the best Sunderland can play or that Poyet is happy with that performance.
This has crossed my mind too, if it is the case. how do we feel about it, surely results are more important than these issues. For me it would be a very dangerous game to play, but you never know.
For the likes of me and you mate, the match result is the defining point of the following week. But perhaps the club have priorities that transcend all of that ... I prefer to believe we're all in it together tbh, although that's probably naive.
I would be flabbergasted if this was the case! I would much rather we increased our chances of accumulating points thank you very much!
Totally agree with this, I reckon there was another one in the shop window today also, it seemed obvious & if playing, the money in will be better
Your right about that, but we are Sunderland and heading in the right direction, a couple of decent recruits in the next day or so and we will all be buzzing again
I agree 100%. However, I'm currently reading a biography of Brian Clough and the intricacies of football are absolutely incredible. The mind games and battles between players, managers & owners is like the court of Medici at it's worst.
I can't wait for the Spurs game tbh Sometimes it just goes against you as Man Utd, City etc have proved today. Would any of us swap the QPR squad for ours ....... not a ****ing chance.
