Bournemouth set out to have a lot of possession in their half to frustrate City at home. Similar to Cardiff last year. They created one decent chance and converted it, then defended for the rest of the match.
Apparently Leroy was on fire today he hit the crossbar set up the goal and controlled the middle .......
So, with two days left of the window, all we have to do is dupe Redknapp into a straight swap - Fer with Vadis Dijeridoo
Hi fellas, just got home from the game (my first of the season). I'll try and keep my thoughts succinct: - Grabban's goal was well taken, but for the rest of the game he was awful. Seemed to be trying too hard against his old side. - There's no point playing Lafferty on the wing. Down the middle or not at all please - he clearly offers something centrally. - Hoolahan clearly spent the entire game in a severe state of confusion as he couldn't stop turning around in circles. McGrindles (or is it McGrandles?) or Vadis in for the next game please. - The defence looked solid but for one lapse in concentration. Garrido is not good enough though, and I'd rather have Martin than Whittaker at right-back. - Tettey and Johnson both looked good considering the team's overall performance but, when fit, Howson would offer more of a killer instinct going forward than either. The three will all be very good options in midfield this season. In summary, I was disappointed to find that my first visit to Carrow Road this season resulted in such a poor performance. Having said that, you can't win 'em all, and I'm glad that we didn't lose as I think it was deserved. If you can't win though, don't lose, and we didn't.
I thought that we were tactically naïve compared to Bournemouth who seemed to have a better game plan.
That sounds like a mantra I've heard trotted at at Carra Rd before - I just can't remember when or where?
We all have to seek consolation somewhere, and as you get older, the choices get fewer. Well done you Dave. What did you tweet about?
Quietest I've head it at Carrow Road in a long time today. It's embarrassing being out sung by Crawley and Bournemouth in a week.
It'll all end in tears Dave she's just a tease ! Mind you if it gets some blood into your prune go for it !
You sent her a broken link to a Swedish Apple Cake recipe, and somehow got thanked? You charmer Dave. She should have come straight to me if she was in the mood for something Swedish.
The atmosphere can be embarrassing at Carrow Road when the fans aren't up for it, it would be helpful if other parts of the ground made noise other then just the Barclay though.
