<laugh> I wouldn't want his job trust me on that.

A lot of people have been saying Lafferty doesn't belong on the right, it's a waste of a position etc.

Think we need to give Bournemouth some serious credit. It appears they really are a pretty decent side at this level.

We really need to win these types of games at home. I look forward to reading reports on the game the second half sounded utterly woeful.

It's a point gained perhaps and we are unbeaten at home, and in 4 league games, but if feels horrible to draw at home to Bournemouth. Disrespectful perhaps, but I feel a little empty tonight after the highs of the last few games.

Disappointing, but Bournemouth, like Wolves are well organised but offered very little other than defense in the second half. Drop one place to fourth. Need a really good performance against Cardiff on the 13th.

Oh well, I guess it means we can forget all about this season being a procession and we get back up with more than a hundred points.
Difficult not to feel disappointed, though. Bournemouth will be nowhere near the top this year and it sounds as if they outplayed us.

Disappointing today, Vietnam, but City were very much the better team. Shots: 13/5 o/t vs Bournemouth: 8 shots, 3 o/t.

46% possession at home today, but then of coarse you can make statistics say what ever you want...;)

Just on my way home from the game and thought I'd offer a few thoughts.

Not a great game to be honest. Both teams trying to get it down and pass it around, but effectively cancelling each other out. Credit must go to Boutnemouth. For 70 minutes they were easily equal to us in terms of play. After those 70 minutes they seemed to be content to sit back and try and catch us on the break. They're a good side and I really wouldn't be surprised to see them in the playoff mix come the end of the season.

We just didn't come out second half. First half we were in control of the game. Not completely, but I couldn't see Bournemouth scoring. Then, at the worst possible time we conceded. I'm not sure what happened to Garrido for the goal, but it was just a slide rule pass in behind Redmond, a cross along the floor and a back post tap in for Wilson. Easy as you like.

Credit must go to Ruddy, Turner, Martin and Whittaker. The defence (Garrido excluded) was our strongest area today. Also to Redmond for the run and cross for the first goal. It really was a lovely cross. Grabban did well to get across his man and glance the header in. After that he was anonymous. Wes was trying to make things happen, but always had a man on him. Tettey played well again without doing an awful lot to effect the game. Disappointed with Johnson today. A lot of industry but very little quality.

For me, Lafferty was dreadful today. I've seen him three times now and I haven't been at all convinced. Runs down blind alleys, loses possession too easily and picks up bookings. Disappointed with him so far, but I'm sure there's more to come. Surely there has to be?

Overall, disappointed not to get the win, but a drawn was absolutely right. We didn't deserve it today, but it might be a very important point come the end of the season.
