Come on, lads. Jumping on a bandwagon to knock someone is bullying. Haven't monitored Laura's posts as much as you appear to do, but she won't be the first negative poster....and that isn't a crime anyway.
No, but it is a bit weird that she's not a Saints fan, but kinda, sort of, maybe, if we were all nice & cuddly, she would be, maybe, sort of, kinda, you know what I mean? Its open to debate whether you can bully a troll.
You can make arguments for all of them and very strong arguments against. Scott Sinclair + We need a winger - He has been pretty **** and has questionable attitude Micah Richards + Senior cover at right back/centre back would be good for the squad - He has played next to no football for so long and you wonder about his attitude again John Guidetti + Koeman has worked with him before - Not in a role we desperately need cover for & did nothing at Stoke Matija Nastasic + Looks like a talented player on the up - Would we play him instead of Fonte? Is he just a loan?
Please everyone take notice...bullying will not be tolerated.....Now come on guys and gals lets not let this get into a heated debate. Lets all accept that everyone is entitled to an opinion. By all means argue your point against someone's opinion but lets not make it a personal vendetta.
Would love to see nastasic particularly, but can't see it happening. Also, I know I'm a newbie, but is there any chance of people keeping the arguments in koemans corner or even a separate arguments thread. Actually that's an idea, that way people who want to argue can do it as much as they like and I can do less scrolling (see smiley you know I'm joking...)
Beddy, I strongly feel that there was no bullying, nastiness or aggression in my post yesterday to Laura. I made a reasonable point to her. I stand by my right to question a poster who I think is criticising the club if I disagree with it or think it un-necessary. If that is not accepted on the forum, then I shouldn't be welcome here and maybe I should move on. I pointed out that Olly's response was rude and shouldn't be tolerated. Anytime someone defends the club/a player/board/team against someone posting negatively, they get met with the 'everyone's allowed an opinion' brigade. Well, they are and it should also be allowed for someone with more positive views to counter that without the squealing that follows. This is afterall a Saints forum primarily for Saints fans (otherwise there wouldn't be individual club boards) and I would expect there to be a slight bias towards the club after all discussions and views are airs. I'd even say it is far more natural to expect people to stand up for the club than not, hence the more happy clappy edge. Anyone is welcome to post, but if they happen to be people who continually show an agenda against the club, then they should expect a little bit of a come back against them. I really don't like the way Sam Allardyce 'runs' his club, but you don't find me posting my issues on the west ham board. I don't think people have a personal vendetta, just a strong loyalty to their team and that is a good thing.
You i have no issue with and I am sure beddys post wasn't aimed at you. You make your points without making it rude or personal
Thought I noticed a difference here. I was hoping for one final swoop of a signing. Van der vaart esque going to spurs a few seasons back.
No its a opinion if you don't use insults. Even Chilco agreed Laura only comes on to be negative. So what part is bullying? Of course you are going to have a little dig or defend your club.
I would post more if the threads didn't get bogged down with all the N606 member arguments, Saints and others. I realise the irony that I'm posting this in the transfer rumours thread, which I came on to look for... transfer rumours. But they're lost in an internal argument and it gets too tiresome to trawl through it all. #JustSaying
There will also be arguements or people that question each others opinion. Most of the time it isn't a argument just a debate between people that don't agree.
