Have to say anything but a win in the game and Pardew will feel pressure immediately.

After this game we go to Southampton. A minimum of three points is needed from these two games. Failure to get them and I think he'll struggle to see out the 10 game mark.

I agree but the two main reasons we will struggle is we can't score for toffee and we let goals in for fun

Not the best formula for success is it.

Let's hope that Rivière, Cabella and DeJong start finding the back of the net - starting today.

Not yet, City two nil wasn't a disaster defensively.

We need to win about 3-0, 3-1 today to give us more confidence. Going to Southampton won't be easy at all.

Please let us get a good performance today and I can actually look forward to watching motd.

3-1 to us. Pardew headbutts Warnock. Pardew gets sacked. I can't think of a better result than that.

This has got a mistake written all over it, I can see palace winning 1 nil maybe from from a set piece between 70-80 mins.

The only result which will be okay is 3 points, we have already dropped 2 expected points thus far and we might have an issue if our survival comes down to goal difference.

    Pardew out

Attacking line-up with DeJong in for Anita.

Also glad to see Haidara get a chance.

Burnley have spent £45m on transfers since 1882, Manchester United have spent £59m this week.

Unfortunately in the English leagues nowadays, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

Looks like a very positive line up. We really need to get on the way with some decent scoring today. Three points is three points but with people looking for things to worry about this lack of goals is something we could do without as something else for the crowd to get nervous and frustrated about.

I'm worried about the new manager curse that we have though. How many times do we end up playing teams with a brand new manager??
