It wasn't funny at all, too many negative posts were made up and had no foundation, however once the facts were produced about negative things that were true and sources quoted, we had to bite the bullet and accept them. Posters would put up loads of posts and when one came up trumps, we got the old "told you so routine", conveniently forgetting all of the dross that proved to be absolute carp. How they think that would help the Club in any way is beyond me. No two posters are alike and we certainly have a mixed bag, it isn't illegal to post negativity, but it is freaking annoying.
So whats with some regulars leaving the forum? I feel very distressed to have missed... and not been the cause... of such aggro.
Presume you mean "meant" not to be pedantic. I'm sure you don't but as a gers fan myself I'd personally prefer not to be putting folk off my club if they aren't die hard fans like myself. I don't hate saints or have an agenda but I will call things as I see it

Maybe as part of this weird Inter-Southampton-Sassuolo deal Inter get Osvaldo, Sassuolo get Taider and we get that Berardi lad!I'd take that!

The most annoying things about Taider going to Sassoulo is that in my newly constructed Saints PES6 team he... 1] is pretty damn good. 2] took a bloody long time to get right. 3] one of the few PES6 players I've seen who really look like the human counterparts. Mind you, I added Shane Long to the squad the other evening [thought there was someone missing] and he looks the dead spitting image of the real thing. It's almost uncanny. All I need to do is get him to to be able to do a dummy pass and he'll be perfect. And my Graziano Pelle has scored 28 goals this season, in 26 games. He hasn't played in them all.
You really think it'll have gone well? Look at the calibre of players we've signed in comparison to the players we've lost. None are as good as who they're supposed to have replaced. Tadic is the only one who could possibly come close.
Stop squabbling. There are 103 things more important in life than football and 764 more important things to me than not606. As a football club we've been mugged by several other clubs and our owner has shot us in both feet. I am focusing on the other things in my life which generate happiness that is where I get my positive vibes. Focusing on the Saints at the moment only gives me grief and the onset of depression. It even looks as if I will have to change my name as have so many others.
A bit selective. We lost one striker - who was nowhere near as reliable as he'd been - and replaced him with two younger models. Bertrand looks good. Forster looks great. Tadic looks awesome. Okay, we lost great players - but we definitely haven't had a disaster.
