Do you think he's happier just wheeling and dealing and doesn't want to do the day to day bread and butter job of being a football manager?

 

He is more interested in being Harry Redknapp than a football manager I know that

 

How he knows Simpson is not good enough after a few games is beyond me ... He likes spending

 

I do not think that Simpson and Traore are PL players more than just back up. I totally agree that they are worth a chance from what they achieved last season, but we only have room for 25 squad players. Have a look at who are still signed and count! Any player on our books after the deadline who are not in the 25 are redundant. Wait and see how it all pans out come 1/9 2014 before getting too emotional about players who earn more than most of us in a week than we earn in a year!
We are Premier League.

 

We only have 24 players though. It leaves us badly short once again. I just hope Harry can bring in quality replacements.

 

Don't think this deal will go through for some reason. Would personally welcome Simpson to the KP as we desperately need cover a RB and give competition to De Laet

 

Plus why would you leave the squad so threadbare right at the start of the season?? Very odd reasoning. Squad players at very least.

Im just praying its Hoddles decision and he has seen the 3 5 2 system and told Arry its not going to work with him now or ever. If so, I accept it if its Arrys decision on a whim.................................

 

I hope that is a corect evaluation of both Simpson and Traore, However this decision is made very late and finding good replacements now by Monday seems doubtful. Why move Robinson out on loan if they are doing this? Yun isn't fit. Very strange for me. And as others say it rips a big part of the Championship spirit shown end of last season team right out. Traore and Simpson are both young enough to develop as back ups into wing backs given a bit of time and good coaching.

 

I see nobody has considered the fact that maybe Simpson asked to leave?

 

Watching LCI 2 weeks ago they were saying how great the squad was looking especially when it came to cover for each position now it seems HR is determined to make sure we have no cover up front at back but plenty in midfield , another tough stressful season ahead

 

What, pass up an opportunity to have a pop at Harry? Unlikely.
