Hi there, I'm looking for somebody who's willing to write a Lawro style prediction for the Sunderland Match Thread. Wherever possible this season we'll be looking for an opposition view. These so called experts on the tv are rubbish, much more interesting to hear from real people. Would anybody be up for it? I'd need it for midday tomorrow. Ta In advance. Bri
QPR have had a dreadful start to the season. They sit rooted to the bottom of the PL with 5 goals against and are yet to score this season. A stat many Rs fans would have imagined after 2 games and the signings of Ferdinand and Caulker. Harry Redknapp is persisting with the new 3-5-2 formation that has had mixed fortunes. However, both outings have resulted in defeated for the Rs, but its the manner of those losses that is the difference. QPR just weren't at the races against Tottenham last week. Out thought, out paced, the midfield lacked aggression, and there was no striker to partner Remy up top. The 4-0 drubbing, however hard to swallow, was truly justified. It was a shame because after putting in a great performance the week before against Hull. How they came away without at least a point is a mystery. A Charlie Austin missed penalty just compounded their woes. QPR struggled for goals last season and this campaign seems to be heading in a similar fashion. This looks to have been addressed with Vargas being added to the squad, but QPR still look a tad light up top and they'll be keeping their fingers crossed that Remy is still a QPR player come Tuesday morning and that Austin will continue his goal scoring form from last season. I can see this being a 1-1 draw.
