I've noticed that things I remember from childhood which used to be old-fashioned and then became retro are now reclassified as antiques. :(

I dread the day when the Sega Megadrive is classed as an antique D:

I still have an old Atari which came with plastic cassettes containing games such as tennis. They were good fun (and probably still are).

Has DTLW and rest ran off never to be seen again?

They are a loss. Can we beg them to come back?!

My son wears my Draper Tools shirt from about 1982 ish. The old Keegan style Patrick kit. He wears my old tracksuit top from the same year too. That's 30 ish years old!

I just had a lightbulb moment regarding young Fable. I love it when that happens (if it works).

We're on 45,000 plays in 10 days now. Stuff is happening. It'll amuse me when people call her an 'overnight success' though - oh if only people knew how this stuff goes!

They made a grand gesture over something that (in the scheme of things was trivial)...they could have just laughed it off. We aren't talking human rights here. Whilst we would love them to come back and would probably welcome them back (with minor teasing), it is their decision. I doubt they will now.

A fair few of those were me :)

Seriously its great stuff mate, something interesting and different from the usual thoughtless prattle that the music industry plonks out these days.

    Indeed.

Leeds and Blackpool fans could teach us a few things about the true meaning of the term MELTDOWN.

Maybe to save face they can come back under different names like 'Doe', 'Jan' and 'A stride not dissimilar from Lambert'

There's not really any face saving needed.

Doe is a little too effeminate though :)

Whenever I hear 'Doe' I can't help but think off my Dad referring to my mum as "The Old Doe"

    Yes, he's a charmer :)

It's already past that. The Megadrive is practically archaeology.
