Meyler and Livermore were complete passengers, two terrible displays. Livermore needs to get back to what he's best it, a box-to-box midfielder because he's sitting deep and trying to play like Huddlestone, rather than making the runs forward we saw at Cardiff and West Brom for example. Aluko was abysmal. Before he got injured last year, I thought he was going to be our main star but tonight I ended up dreading the ball being passed to him because when it did we ended up losing possession from a good position. Livermore was absent for the second game running. Hate to say it, but that midfield needed the Quinnesta tonight.i
Brady first, the rest nowhere i'm afraid. If it had to be a top 3 then it would be 1) Brady 2) Elmo 3) Davies. How people have Figueroa in their top 3 is completely beyond me. He nearly got caught out a few times and i don't think he won a single header all game. Kept getting outmuscled and looked very poor. We completely lost our shape after the Sagbo sending off. Never really looked like getting back into it after that point
Brady Rosie Elmo Aluko had a nightmare - his worst ever game for us. Livermore's worst performance also and Chester didn't seem to be his usual composed self. I blame the players for not performing to the levels we have come to expect for our early exit from the Europa league.
First place goes to.....Brady Good to see him back to his best. Second place..... Figgy Same ^ Very good indeed ! Third... Well Elmo was ok Livermore was a ****ing gash. I mean really ****ing awful.
Brady.. looked good again which is promising Elmo.. at least tried to get forward and create something, not great though Davies.. made a few good tackles, first half especially

Brady Lockeren Fans Steve Harper Livermore came and sat in front of the south stand at the end looking gutted, I felt bad for him but he just didn't turn up. As stated above needs to get back to being the workhorse, he's trying to be too technical and it doesn't suit him.
Brady Figgy Elmo Definitely Livermore's worst game for us, Huddlestone should have started,the game was crying out for him.
This is exactly what I said on another thread, we lost the mid-field and he would have made the difference.
