Evening shaks. Odd thing is, if the gobshite had managed a win against Bradford, which it think I could even have managed, he would have gotten his ten games. Some ****ing roller coaster this eh?
Howya Eire, yeah it's crazy as hell supporting this club, I hate agreeing with the Wallies but they did tell us what Cellino was like.......
They didn't say he'd buy 15 players at first attempt, mostly young lads, pay off huge debts and buy back Elland road (in the pipeline) did they?
It's now official ... Hock and Junior have been dismssed ... I'll start the "NAME HERE" Out Now thread as soon as the new bloke loses a game
Cellino's only made one bad call (admittedly the most important one) which he's put right today. His next appointment must be the right one. We don't want a Hockaday Mk 2
Correct forza. He's clearly a bright guy so am not expecting him to repeat his mistake. I think an Italian with previous management experience in championship likely
It's ok buying young players, but I'm not filled with much optimism with the ones he bought. Yes he's paid debts off, but personally I only care about spending money on decent players.
The debts had to be paid shaks. Couldn't continue with 25m debt. Fair play to him for sorting it while still buying a full team
I know they wind us up, but we do the same. I just feel that some of their predictions were right, even if they were winding us up.
Sssshhhhhhhhh Pipe down ffs. No one here ever winds them up. Name one, just one of us that would do such a thing.
He isn't the best owner we could have hoped for but he is certainly the best we have had for the past dozen years. It was him or bust, nobody else came forward, I truly believe if he had not purchased us we would have went under and/or Bates would have found a way to sneak back in. I haven't agreed with all his decisions and purchases but he is a breathe of fresh air at the moment, as long as he buys back ER this year then he has done all I had hoped for in year one. I would like to see some big named signings but then Cellino is trying to ensure that we stand on our own two feet, that we at least break even week on week and that we are not running up continuing debt, that can only be good for the future.
