I think they shouldnt keep the same nationality teams apart anyway Just have the 4 pots and then just draw them all accordingly and if you get another English team so what
Perhaps. However, if they do (and it is likely) tear up our back 4, then I think we can also say goodbye to our record CL home-win when Real play that Bulgarian side! It might sound a touch harsh or unfair but I reckon someone will hit Ludogorets Razgrad for double figures.
Not too worried about Bale to be honest... he's good but not as good as his price implies... besides he has big nipples. You had to expect it though... after all for the last few years United fans have been coming onto the Liverpool forum every Champions League night to ask who we're playing. You may have to endure similar comments a lot for the next few years, sorry. 1 tough team. 1 fairly tough team and 1 easy team. Basel is the real competition here- there the ones we're fighting for 2nd place in the group. (being realistic) If tied on points think CL looks at head to head statistics... beating Basel on head to head might end up being the critical factor.
It's beneficial to teams in tough leagues and tough on teams in easy leagues. So helpful for England, Spain, Italy, and Germany. Sucks for everyone else. Keeps us from having boring fixtures though... who wants to play Man City when you can play against European giants instead... bring on Ludoniccorettes!
I'm not convinced LudoGoRats are going to be that easy after reading that they've held their own against other teams in Europe before. No, they're not going to qualify from the group, but they might cause an upset or two.
You might be right, Milk. It was a tongue-in-cheek comment, mostly. Like my new thread on the Premier League board.
must say happy enough with draw must give other two respect but have home win and i can see us getting to last 16 rather than being glorious losers
