And the hits just keep on coming: "Four of the senior players have come to see me and said 'gaffer, we're 100% behind you, is there anything else we can do? We love what you're doing, we love the training, it's as good as we've had'" ... read Hunt, Norris, Tonge, Morison ... so what have the other 97 players said? "You'll see all the great managers on TV extolling their virtues but away from the cameras, every manager will tell you it's about the players" ... oh so you are saying all the great managers are arrogant ****s who love to tell us how good they are, but you're humble? Ok then, read your quote above you prick!! "Our goal threat isn't great enough, but we've got White, Morison and Doukara out. That doesn't help." .... WTF? Are you being serious? So what about Smith and Sharp you dumb fcuk!! "A good player knows when to make the right decisions. They make the decisions on the park, not me, and I'll stand and fall by those decisions." ... no you fcuking won't you lying cnut ... you absolutely used the Bellusci error as your one and only excuse for losing at Watford ... nothing about your **** tactics failing to test their keeper ... no, you chose to castigate the player publicly and made it clear it was his fault, so much for standing and falling by his decision to fresh air the ball ... no wonder Tom Lees fcuked off as fast as he could On learning from Ardiles at Swindon ... "He was calm and considered and he wouldn't say anything after a game. He'd talk about it when everyone had time to reflect - in the cold light of day. That's what I do, right or wrong." ... oh no you fcuking don't ... example, straight after Watford you hammered Bellusci and lay the blame for the loss squarely at his feet, and you called the players off the team bus and locked them in the dressing room for twenty minutes, bet you weren't playing scrabble ... and to place yourself alongside Ardiles in terms of mentality is fcuking laughable
Bet you wish you had 5 of our players instead of the crap foreigners you bought - even our development squad put up a good show against a prem team
must have missed that all I've seen is you got played off the park by saints reserves.Never in the game,we beat them 3-1 in the same cup 2 seasons ago.Mind you that was before they sold all there good players. We could use 5 of your players though since Cellino got rid of the cleaning staff.
aaah...........the usual refrain from the Weeds faithful...........looking back........this time ONLY two seasons..........such good selective memories.... whilst we look forward to a glorious future..........all they can do is reminisce about their glorious past....... their is a saying 'it is not where you have come from....but where you are'........and lest you all forget, we are looking down at you.... some laughing....some with sorrow...some with pity...... but all of us saying 'Hockaday MUST stay.........Hockaday MUST stay.....Hockaday's a genius...........OLE..OLE..OLE'.
Glorious future ...out the cup and flying down the league, and to you that's glory.enjoy the glory of league 1 m8.
It's being a very strange start to the season, the players seem to have more quality but something is seriously lacking. I am very much the optimist, I wouldn't of sacked Grayson, Warnock, or Mcdermott so hastily. I could see they all had strong managerial strengths: Grayson: Had a decent transfer record and used the players given very well, signed: Gradel, got the best of: Beckford, Becchio, Howson, Snodgrass. Warnock: Lets be fair, he was given a one year contract with a ****ing **** transfer/wage budget and did a good job until the lack of quality crept up on him. You can't really blame his poor signings on his actual quality as a manager due to the fact he was rushed into knee jerk decisions. He played forward big man footy but so does Pullis and it ain't done him any harm. Mcdermott: Similar to Warnock, **** budget and limited time - if you look at the team its a ****ing miracle we did not get relegated to be fair. Imagine his position under GFH and tell me he was a **** manager. Well, you might try but I won't listen because we should not be in the Championship this year. Hockaday: I'm lost for words really, I was prepared to give him a shot, there is always diamonds in the rough. I ****ing despise Leeds fans that bet the looser, because lets be honest, it's easier to bet the looser when your a Leeds fan. Too many fans expect miracles and are basically ****ing delusional. However, on this occasion the looser Leeds fans were right. This guy lacks experience and shows it, if he had being in charge the last two years we would have been relegated. Those mentioned above would have been strolling at the very least mid table comfort at the moment. Hock looks clueless and I don't understand his philosophy, I don't think he has one to be fair, he looks like a ****ing fool and is been showed up for it. We need a new coach, bring back Carbone for all I care - I don't mind that Cellino took the risk and he will probably take a few more. We will not get relegated this season that's for sure. Personally I would take the risk and bring in Nigel Worthington from York City - fits the cheap bill, probably happy to take the orders due to the stature of the team and a sublime coach. Alternatively, my favorite: Steve Clarke, worked as head coach for W.B.A and worked miracles for them, struggled second seas as they decided to "swap" Lukaku for Anelka etc etc. Would be a fantastic coach for us.
It's not just Hockawally's fault!! Cellino has bought him a load of sow's ear's and asked him to make a silk purse!!
