Apparently Blue tits and other members of the Tit family like coconuts. Best to hang half a coconut upside down, so the rain can't get in, and birds will flock to your bird table.
That's what sucks about America. No tits. If I want to see great tits I have to look at them online. I miss being able to look out my window in winter and see blue tits bouncing around outside.
That's the problem. My kids have grown up in America so have never seen real tits. Best I can do is show them pictures and explain why they are so nice to look at?
Exceptionally rare, yes. Some say all the big ones are fake, and made of plastic, but there are some really large ones out there which are totally genuine. Some twitchers swear by looking at the jizz of the tit.
Garlic, if that's your girl, or you have access to her, more pics are needed. Immediately. I like a nice swallow personally.
Must admit that picture came up when I typed great tits into google to get some pictures of birds (feathered kind) just shows you how careful you have to be when searching the internet. The site in question had lots of similar pictures so you can imagine my shock. A man of my age and reputation finding such things existed, I have saved said page as one of my favourites and was shocked and disgusted twice more last night and three times this morning. Never realised what a fantastic life Mary Whitehouse had having to look at such things before expressing her disgust!
