How much would a taxi cost? I would think staying would be your best option though to be fair

Bus it to Scarborough or Brid. Train to Hull. Find yourself a tent - pitch it under the Humber bridge on Hessle foreshore. Return next day. Sorted.

Staying over might be a bit more expensive with 1200+ Belgian fans coming over & many staying until Friday

Not in a tent under the Humber Bridge on Hessle forshore !! Unless the cops hand out fines for vagrancy/squatting...

A word of advice, buy your Mum a bunch of flowers as well as tidying your room. You will earn major brownie points that can be redeemed at a later date. Doesn't have to be an expensive bunch, a £2.99 one will do. It's the thought that she will like. Unless she hates flowers. If she does then ignore this. <rose>

A better word of advice, tell her you'll tidy your room later and never do it. Then you can use that one again.

    Always worked for me.
