Correct ...the " knight of the National Order of Merit" is Tina Arena, a real life inhabitant of Moonee Ponds.... from Wiki:- "In 2009, Arena was awarded the Knighthood of the Order of National Merit by the President of the French Republic, Nicolas Sarkozy for her contributions to French culture.
