My work colleague has a season ticket at Tottenham and said we where over run in midfield using this formation. When we changed to 4-4-2 we looked more composed.

 

ours and united's joint record so far using 3-5-2 - played 5, drawn 1, lost 4. 0 wins.

Actually Steve Bruce change it up, playing 4-4-2 just as often as 3-5-2 depending on the opposition.

 

Shows he trusts the intelligence of his players and has faith in his own ability to coach them well......good for him, and of course it's the right thing to do.

I did not see the match but it is a result that is realy hard to believe. The team that was played also looks to be relatively strong.
