In fact, a typographical error is any mistake made during the typing process, it's just that I'm not using it for one of the more trivial apostrophe misplacements etc. which you previously mentioned. Like you said, 'you will still be hear' makes no logical sense if you don't have any common sense, but you do and the fact you 'corrected' it shows you recognized the homophone cock-up.
