Our philosophy was get them in the best school, support them to do the best they could once there, then career choice was theirs. Luckily although they have completely different personalities, likes, tastes in music/clothes ..... they both excelled in exams and chose their uni and course independently. GB - congratulations mate, start saving ....
I agree a few hundred in education fund would be more appreciated than anything but we spoil them eh? Gb you are old now you oldies need a mod cos nobody reps the wise old elves round here.... Young power and all that
that's an under statement lol, this is sad, but funny, my 4 yr old has done more in her short little life of being 4 than i had ever done in my first 16 yrs. i have made sure she hasn't had the ****e i have had, but it does get silly now days with what we spend on them. i used to have to build things
Yeah.... They get to do a lot but I wonder seriously about then how do I then I still a you have to work for things ethos? At 3.5 years I hope I have time still to figure it out
Oops, sorry. Looks like I came in the wrong door, can someone tell me where the match thread is? Good luck with the Parenting Skills Forum. .
If his kids about to have a child I'm pretty sure if he knows if his own kids are a boy or a girl by now.
MY wife has been having a bunch of preggo symptoms last few days... hope to Fowler she's not pregnant again and the IUD didn't let us down. Can't afford the medical bills of another pregnancy. Also... last kid is finally in school... don't want a 4th.... crossing fingers and hoping for blood.
Lmao, well this thread has been derailed. Having Coutinho in the wing is useless, he doesn't want to track back and he doesn't want to stay wide, we lose positioning when he's in the wing. Personally would of dropped Allen for Coutinho and let Henderson do what he usually does with Gerrard. Having all three on lacks any creativity. I would be looking to drop Gerrard also, just feel we have to support him so much we end up suffering our own game, I felt this last season also.
Don't know what it is yet, not bothered provided its healthy. My daughter only had her 13 week scan last week. Scan photo brought it all back, remember how excited the Mrs (am married) and I were when we saw the scan of our first. Each of our three had a baby book and the first picture in each is their scan photo. A few years ago when I had a cancer scare I had a scan done of my plums and I asked the nurse if I could have three copies of the scan. When he asked why I said "It can be the new first photo in their baby books" he just gave me a weird look and said it was not hospital policy to provide scan photos of testicals
20 week scan is the one normally, and just being healthy is the main thing glad your other thing is ok, should have got advice from gonzo, he is experienced in that area, bet he has photos of before and after guilty of derailing again lol, rubbersoul, you think its the personnel that needs to change or the formation?
I was close to going to Windsor instead, only 25mins difference in travel time despite being an extra 50miles Mainly because the roads into Manchester from here are through the hills so the scenario is good but the route is a ball ache Only thing that put me off was the ticket prices. I had 50% vouchers so would have been £80 for me but having just paid out £655 for a new fence a fortnight ago I'm not exactly rolling in it. Cost me £39 including two activity packs for the boys today. Plenty to do, I hoped it wouldn't be with it being towards the end of summer but it was unfortunately very busy. Far too busy to be able to enjoy the day properly tbh, would be better going during school term but of course, you can't because the kids are in school PS...£14 for a framed photo!!! PPS...£13.50 for three personalised lego brick shaped keyrings too Congratulations pal ****ing hell, you're brave saying those words on here
To be even braver she is pictured in The Independent on Sunday magazine on 31/8/14, but I am not going to say which picture is her
Hope after the return match at Anfield the match thread degenerates into the pros and cons of Harry Potter world for the under 5s Our work will be done
No idea. I haven't been on since Saturday morning, I thought I'd come on and wade through the predictable doom and gloom, might-as-well-give-up-on-the-season-now, apocalyptic stuff we always get when we lose one, and I find I've walked into Sprogworld. Surreal, even for us.
