Thanks to you all. A group of us from the 1950's used to go away for weekends on our bikes and stay in Youth Hostels etc. Amazingly we have all kept in touch over the years and have made the effort to meet up from time to time. Over the past few years these meetings have become more frequent, maybe because we had the thoughts of decreasing in numbers. Today's sad news is the first of that number to pass on, a great shame as we have a weekend in the UK arranged for next month. He will not be with us, but I am sure we will have plenty of good memories of him to share.
