yeah stop derailing me calling like it is.... Gerrard is past it. period. so is johnson btw. But if we persist the weakest area of our team will be CM and eventually it'll sink in
I think this is the last season for both of them... Oh Gerrard may be on the books next season, but he'll be barely used. Gerrard still has a role to play- he's just not Gerrard of 2005 anymore. Next summer a quality defensively minded player should be on the shopping list. (doubt any more big transfers for us this season- maybe a couple of teenagers like that Israeli guy, but that's all).
