Best Character ever in a film has to be Johnny Depp in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.. surely.

also thought the "oh thank god she wasnt raped, at least she wasnt raped" theme throughout the film. if she had been, would he have just shot his daughter? there was too much creepy daddys girl stuff going on, it was a bit incestuous.

Sorry Jaap but I am inclined to agree with Jordan, the whole premise of the film was utter bollocks.. though i am not saying it was a **** film as i did quite enjoy it. but it wasnt a patch on any of the Bourne films.

all of the secret agent type films I reckon bourne would kick the **** out of all the others...

I also like the way at the end it's all smiles and lightness.

Erm, her best friend was raped and died from a drugs overdose but we'll just pretend that didn't happen.

To be fair he plays the same character in nearly every movie: quiet, brooding, sort of menacing but with a good heart.

One character in a film I loved was the bloke in Love honour and obey who got kidknapped, spiked with acid an made to eat dog food, then stabbed by one of his mates..

Porter as played by Mel Gibson in 'Paybac'k. Great film and woefully under-rated <ok>
