I used to find Savage entertaining , but now I feel he is just an attention seeker , and he will be LOVING this article .
Really REALLY wanted to like it , but gave up half way through . Will withhold judgement until we give it another go later today .
I am a fan of Dr Who, so I always give it the benefit of the doubt. This was one of those stories where they are laying down threads for later stories. Like the new Doctor so await his character development with interest. They introduced the interesting idea that the Doctor selects his body form for a reason...the younger ones to appeal to his young companions. Ask me again after a few more episodes.
He's older because he's got a serious goal now. Finding Gallifrey. Also, that woman at the end is a Time Lord. The garden was in her TARDIS.
Dr Who said that he wouldn't kill someone and the robot wouldn't commit suicide, but one of them was lying. Then the robot died and I assumed he'd jumped, but the lady at the end said no one knew if he jumped or was pushed. Did the Doctor push him? Is the doctor darker these days?
Slow going until over half way through but I guess it has to be with a new Dr. Nice cameo by Matt Smith at the end. I'm just looking forward to not having a Dr looking about 12yrs old. Interesting to see how the younger fans deal with it though.
I still think that Bill Nighy would make a Brilliant Dr Who , obviously if both parties ever wanted it to happen .
I assumed the Doctor pushed him. I kinda hope so as I think I'd prefer a darker doctor. Is that so? For some reason I thought that woman was an older Mary-Sue, er, I mean Clara. It gets better towards the end.
Didn't she say she was married to the doctor? I figured Clara had just succeeded where Rose and Martha had failed.
River Song was also married to the Doctor...shouldn't be surprised that he had a few relationships at his age I'm sure she is a new character...though we don't really know who Clara is as she keeps appearing in the Doctor's life. Her character is leaving this series, so may get some resolution.

And yes, if people are referring to very recent TV programmes, perhaps they could use a little caution in revealing plot lines or significant moments in dramas, etc... This doesn't affect football/cricket scores and comments, of course.
Thanks TSS . It was meant as a cheeky comment , forgot to put a smiley in . Not fussed who says what about a programme I struggled to watch in the first place
This was also discussed...the robot had replaced so many parts that he didn't remember who he was anymore. At this point, Dr Who paused and looked thoughtful....does he remember who he is anymore.
