It'll probably be someone from a club that struggled last season and starts badly in this one.
Leicester have a hard run though, so I hope that they don't have a chairman with an itchy trigger finger.
Everton H, Chelsea A, Arsenal H, Stoke A, Man Utd H as an opening series is not ideal.

The other Midlands clubs have to be a good call for it, as has already been mentioned. Irvine was a strange appointment and Lambert's in trouble.
"Mutual consent" seems to be the order of the day, but I'd expect another badly disguised sacking before anyone walks now.

Pardew - if a fuse is blown early or Allardyce as the porn barons have set him up to fail

Pardew must be close to the chop. If Ashley hadn't given the twat such a long contract, I think he'd be gone by now.

I actually hope that it's Allardyce - after we've given them a good spanking first.

  4. Can we count Pulis? He left of his own accord.

The likes of Fat Sam, Van Gaal and The Smug One won't.

Fat Sam can't be sitting too easy with Pulis available.

Away from the PL, Felix McGath must be on borrowed time at Fulham. Played 4 and lost 4 and got beaten 5-1 at Derby today.

Derby are one of the best teams in that division, but losing 5-1 to them is unacceptable for a recently relegated side.
Add that to their other losses and the fact that they've actually been worse than the farce that is Blackpool and it's not looking good for Penfold.

Might that be Felix Magath, Totsfan? Surprised nobody's mentioned him...

Hockaday's got to be on borrowed time at Leeds, too. Strange appointment and they're not doing well at all.

Van Gaal if he carries on down this route might find himself out the door.

There again- he claims his sides always start out rough but end up doing well... and he is usually right... (except the time he took over at Barcelona for a 2nd spell and had them fighting to stay out of relegation zone before he got sacked)

The Man U executive are accustomed to success and being at the top of the PL, they won't wait long. They will want somebody to bring them instant success or it's the door.
