Maybe I'm being too harsh on Fletch, he too probably needs 6-7 games to get back to form as he's had a long time out?
However Wickham earned that spot and it was handed back to Fletch that's really gripping me.

i'm not so sure he needs more time. he looks disinterested and i'm not convinced game time will change that.

we are defo progressing tho. 45% posession without or 2 most creative players on the park. yeah man ure are weak at the moment, but not that weak.

Eh? We only drew mate, we blew the chance of 3pts which should have been ours. Hardly a result worthy of 'well done'

Fletcher was awful today, he's uninterested and not suited to Poyets tactics. We have outgrown him and must start Wickham as our main striker, Wickham looked good with his running today, he can get into good positions, bring people into the game and creates chances. He also deserves to be our main striker. I honestly don't get where Gus is coming from with this but it f**king pisses me off.

I'm also not as ecstatic as most seem to be about PVA, I think that going forward he can look quite good but defending and especially his positional play looks very suspect. It's definitely our weak side when opposition teams attack. Alonso seems to be a level above him what I've seen so far.

As others have said Rodwell was out of sorts but that can still be put down to a lack of fitness and a lack of playing time. I thought the rest of the lads worked their bollocks off, Brown, Larsson and Cattermole in particular were outstanding today and if we could sort our striker position out then we will be fine and will give just about any team a real game, if we don't then I can see a season of struggle due to not being able to finish teams off.

Overall I'm satisfied, think we missed a good opportunity for 3 points today and I doubt we'll ever see a weaker Man Utd team than that at the SOL. We never stopped battling though and for that I'm happy.

Thought the crowd was really good today and also worth a mention <ok>

I've said it before and I'll say if again. Catts will get linked with the National squad if he keeps up these performances, even in a Sunderland team.

He might not get a game but he'll be linked.

He's already played at every level of the national squad and all it takes is for him to maintain his form, and it will happen.

Seriously, you bore the life out of me. Do you have no other posters you can obsess over?

It's no wonder people keep leaving because of you. This is so little, yet, it's so tiring having you constantly go on like this I'm going to stop posting here too. Tosser.

You're obsessed pal, I can't remember the last time I responded to one of your posts tbh.

I answered what looks like a dreary whinge on a day we gained a well merited point against Man Utd after going a goal down.

Last season we'd have crumbled and lost the game yet you just can't be pleased can you?

I highlighted your whinging and it's half of your post isn't it ........ that's my honest opinion of your opinion.

Am I not entitled to an opinion in your world?

Stop posting if you like, I doubt you'd be missed <ok>

I'm speaking personally mate, I don't believe my comment merited such hysterics.

If he wants to accuse me of stalking, obsession and lemmings throwing themselves off the cliff that's his problem.

I'll respond in kind although it's probably months since I responded to him ...... so much for obsession <doh>

    No need to apologise mate.

Surely we're allowed to comment on other people's posts otherwise it's not actually a forum.

If people want to bleat and leave the forum because someone has mentioned their negativity then that's their choice.

If they can't bear to have their opinions challenged then perhaps a debating forum is too much for them.
