How many goals did Fabregas score last season? Di MAria scored 5 goals only.

With the add on's I suppose you would be looking at approximately £75mil - whatever the add on's may be??

Di Maria only scored 5 goals playing in La Liga as a attacking midfield and winger for Real Madrid?

With those stats, he should be £15m max!

He will struggle to score in the premier league.

But Iniesta is not worth £75m. That is the point, he is older, while Di Maria is at his peak. OR he is meant to be (not with 5 league goals in a weak La Liga)

Iniesta is one of the best ever AM in history. He scored very few goals.

Often limited number tens score goals. The very best do a whole lot more.

Lampards a goalscoring number 10 type player. Gerrard also was. Iniesta and Scholes were proper AMs and farbsuperiour footballers.

I couldn't be arsed to do the maths - but 63mil is a **** load of cash.

But I guess that's what you need to offer to attract these type of players - if you don't and just buy good players, it could be detrimental to the club in the comng years.

I guess the most important thing is the Glazers have finally realised they need to spend BIG.

Even at £75m Di Maria would be worth it. You can't play bank notes can you?

Currently this team is not even top half.

Anybody who only uses stats to judge players doesn’t know football. Frank Lampard has scored and assisted more goals than Zinedine Zidane. But only an idiot would say the former was a better player.

Di Maria is a class act. I'm not sure if he's the kind of player we need right now, but there's no denying he's one of the best im the world at the moment.

If Di MAria is watching this, he will not be moving to United.

Plus who would want LVG as the manager, his strict training regime, is having an impact on the injury list at Old Trafford

Such a liability he was the best player in the last 2 seasons in the PL and walked the top scorer last year being missing for the first 5 games. Barca think he's worth the trouble, Arsenal thought that too. Goes to show, when you run a club you think differently to clowns on forums who think they know s**t. Who else could be missing for the first 5 games and score 31 goals?

if you knew anything about football or even watched us last season, no matter who was up front we scored goals. We had the two top scorers, Sutdge was good enough to finish above all the big name forwards. Balotelli will add to that. 30 goals in all coms last season, who in your squad scored 30 last season in all comps?

Balotelli's skill is not the risk, it's his committment
