after being abit nervous at what seemed to be our lack of activity in the market the news we've had this week has got me excited for the season when i had been a bit worried. This however was down totally to my impatience (and the scum singing frenchmen left right and centre didnt help) now things are moving into place, 2 excellent midfielders and one of the countrys hottest prospects an unknown quantity from korea and a steady goalie for around 20mil roughly. its not even july so hopefuly we might get another nice surprise before the liverpool game
I was one of the ones who did not want us to sell Jordan (young, english, local lad and for me was being over played and played out of position which reflected in his late season performances). However when you see what u can do/get with the money such as Larsson free, Gardner 5million, O'Hara 5million etc. makes it look like the easiest decision ever made, especially with Colback and Meyler fighting for a central midfield place next season.
