Replacement for clapping song before kick off

I don't think the music is the problem. I think it's the lack of giant flags, card displays, cheerleaders, fireworks and ticker tape.

I disagree, I think it's the fact they've removed everything but the percussion section from the Thunderbirds music.

In my opinion the good afternoon .... stand should be done just before the 'tigers tigers burning bright' song is played. It's a nice touch, but in my opinion it shouldn't be done after the players come out.

 

Even better would be not having that cringe inducing stand welcome at all.

As for the Kaiser Chiefs? Why not have Marching On Together and go the whole hog?

For TB3 they didn't even have to walk to the wall did they, the whole sofa just went down through the floor, rolled along to the rocket and then rose up through the bottom. And their posture is so bad, flopping about like that it looks like they're held up by strings or something, such a bad example to set the kids watching at home.
