Grabban was nothing special. Egg on your face again mate. Well done to Spanish for having the balls to show up
Cotswold, i dont think he is anything special either, judging by what i saw today, saying that he is better than what we have as are all your players!!
I'm still not convinced he's anything special! Yep he's league top scorer, but his last 3 goals have all had an element of luck about them, and if Hooper had played today he would have had a hat-trick from the chances Grabban had. Not going to complain if he keeps knocking them in though, however scruffily!
Fair play Spanish for being honest and showing up. MM needed to win the tactical battle to have a chance today. NA is making this look easy.
grabben is the type of player that will miss a lot,but score plenty too. we just need to keep feeding him chances
Well done budgies ....Adams is not a good manager but he does have a decent squad to bumble his way through with ...I think he could do a Hughton and get a decent rep by getting a team that should easily get promotion up....fair play.
I will try to help you out then Mr Plum. It's a team game, including manager and backroom staff, not just the 11 guys on the pitch. If it was that simple, we would still be in the PL, as that team is good enough at that level (just about). NA has his team, which is very different to that of Hughtons team, in every respect. Why CH and his team chose to be positive in the Championship with Newcastle, then **** himself and became negative then do it with Birmingham and us, I have no idea, but he did. NA will not do the same
Whenever I see Adams he looks out of place and out of his depth obviously you've seen and heard him a lot more than me........so do you think he is a good manager??
The only honest answer can be........I don't know. In his 4 games at the end of last season, he had a very mixed set of results and performances, but did show some nous at Stamford Bridge and at home to Liverpool. This season, he started with a diamond formation at Wolves on the opening game, and it failed miserably. Since then he has changed it to a 4-2-3-1 and won three in a row. That suggests he may have something about him, but only time is going to tell. What I do know about him is that he prefers to attack teams, a bit like PL, and that will do nicely at this level, and possibly in the PL, should we get back there
