So you have to be good at blow jobs to be a Wallie? Knew you had to be good at something - certainly isn't football!
Oh dear, what have I done. A Jock making inappropriate comments. Does this mean the FA will investigate me?
I agree he neds to go now, he has had his chance, its not like he is a manager we KNOW can do well, he is just out of his league. Sack him now before our season is ruined and lets hope we can recover.
and there it is ... Hock is out of his league ... regardless of what people say and think, this is the underlying fact that simply means he won't be remotely successful, and Junior ain't any better
Hock post match interview with bbc, some highlights: "We work harder than anyone else" ... awesome, we can watch our team run around like headless chickens every week, fcuk keeping the ball or scoring goals, we run more than any other team ... yay On the question of same formation, same midfield ... "Who do I play? Who have we got of proven Championship quality? So it's about getting my best players on in which (ever) formation" ... oh please, you thick cnut ... no doubt the one hundred and seven midfielders we have are going to be thrilled to hear you don't rate them, and as for Adryan and Sloth if they come, well they can look forward to never playing in your team because they have no Championship "quality" ... what a bizarre fcuking excuse for getting your team selection completely wrong On taking Billy Sharp off ... "erm, 4-4-1 and stay in the game" and "if we could have held it to 2-1 until the last ten minutes then you never know, you might get something, so that was the thinking"... yeah right, so let's keep the score at 2-1 down then, maybe just maybe they score another own goal ... negative cnut On Cellino's patience ... "With what we've got I think we're doing a very good job" ... oh dear, the players are going to love this On trimming the squad ... "we have no game changers on the bench, so will talk this through with the President" ... again, very encouraging for the players to hear ... BTW you fool, you had no game changers in your midfield On Bradford ... "we have to take the positives, for 65 minutes there's nothing in it and with what we've got and the squad we've got you have to give credit to the players for knocking it around" ... so again, the players did well because Watford are miles better than us Ok so now I get it, the players we have are awful and no matter what Hock does it won't get better ... oh well, sell them all quickly and let's buy a new squad in a week then
Boggers, after a nights sleep seems to think that Hock deserves to stay in the job. I wish I could be more like him, and see positives in a calamity situation.
We'll see what happens Chippy. Whatever occurs, we need to see something different before Wednesday, and certainly before we play the likes of Derby & Florest
Kamara just been on sky sports commenting on the hock situation. Complimented fantastic leeds away support at watford which also creates its own pressure. He played with hock and says he's looking for more experienced signings but didn't seem confident he'd keep his job either
There are loads of positives still. An owner who wants success and willing to put his hand in his pocket, getting rid of dross at club, a dozen signings so far and mainly decent it would seem. Ok he got the coach appointment wrong but we may be only one appointment away from a drastic improvement. That appointment being the next coach
Needs to happen and very soon. Bradfud will be ion us big time on Wednesday and anymore of this fecking diamond and we will be turned over. Won't be happy if I see another ****e performance especially as I know it will take two hours to do the 18 miles home after the game.
I dont see Bradford game being any different glory. If we've a new coach, its too soon to make a difference, if its still Hock, you know the rest. If it takes another defeat to give him the final push, maybe a defeat mid week wouldn't be a disaster. Its not as if were going to win the cup anyway
We are in a strange position, usually if a new manager comes in the whole team get a boost and they go out and win their next match, with Cellino pulling the strings does it have the same effect (a new coach in)? With Cellino saying he is looking at 5-6 more signings and competition for places you would hope that those on the pitch against Brighton and Watford would have tried a bit harder. I don't think it is all Hockadays fault, I think the majority of our problems lay at his feet but new faces coming into the squad in dribs and drabs, the language barrier and the team trying to gel together are not helping either. We could cure two of those problems with a decent Italian English speaking coach like Zola but we all know that is very unlikely to happen.
Hock, for all his hard graft, is simply way out of his depth at a club like Leeds United, and unfortunately that's one thing that will always show
As far as I'm concerned, he should be sacked for using the line 'with what I've got' over & over again in interviews when describing his squad. No manager should deride the squad once, far less every single interview. How on earth can morale be anything but low when your manager is slagging you off after every game?
