Exactly. He clearly isn't a Suarez - but his movement and unpredictability will have defenders all over the place for Sterling, Coutino, Markovic, Sturridge to find space. Is this deal done or what? All the picture etc. look like it's done - just waiting for Final confirmation I guess. Or perhaps he's waiting for his 6 new cars to arrive before he signs?
He is a proven striker both at European and Premiership level. Show me another striker at £16 million who is available and who is better? He's a risk but then so are all of the other names who have been forwarded.
Everything is sorted, the paperwork will be submitted Monday and the lean photos released shortly thereafter
What's it to you? Unless your expecting No Balls to make a last minute offer. He just might you know - he's a desperate man trying to save a desperate team!!!
Perhaps it's your poor English but where have I supposedly been rude? A play on words has always been a perfectly acceptable idiom in the English language.
It's not his poor English - He's simply a twat trying to speak like Van Gaal. Trying to be clever, but back firing completely #nob
Hard to say as they would have to move first so we know their value. There is a reason hes so cheap though. Around tye same price as below average premier league strikers.
Is it cause AC Milan are up **** creek at the moment and strapped for cash? And their Ultras (well known for their common sense) blame Balotelli for their failure last season, despite having boardroom clashes, ever changing management and an ageing squad.
Perhaps. I think they just wantes rid and if you had pushed, you would have got him for under 10million. He thought he was bigger than the club and was not willing to work hard for milan. He was seen as lazy and a hinderence to the team. Its not just the ultras who want him gone. Tge normal fans are pleased hes gone too. All due to skin colour?
I agree about the lazy part and this is my main worry about him. Say what you want about Suarez but the one thing he was was a damn hard worker both for himself and the team. I do worry that Balotelli might not be willing to do the team work part. AC fans are ****ing insane, not just the Ultra's (in fact most Italian football fans are). I did hear that a fair few of the ordinary fans weren't too worried to see him go, but this is cause of the influence the Ultras have had. They've used him as a scapegoat for the poor season cause he is the big name in the squad and as such they expect him to do everything for the team and work hard (type of player he isn't). As for racism, don't think its the main factor but we know that their are still alot of Italian football fans that don't like Black players. But at £16m I'd be willing to take a risk on him and its a very good price for a talented player (even if he hasn't manage to fulfil his full potential yet)
