I thought it was pretty clear fella. I mean the people talking all this ****e regarding forgiveness, the people who've already decided Borini is in the wrong without a shred of evidence.

It's like turning on the man who lives alone at the end of the street because word of mouth say he's a ****. It's that mentality and yes it completely lacks class.

"News told, rumours heard, truth implied, facts buried"

I'll give you a fact. We don't even know if we've offered terms. We don't even know if we've been granted permission to talk to the lad. WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING apart from a bid<doh>

Sorry thought you were tarring me with that very large brush you were wielding.

Liverpool accepted our offer.
Borini didn't.
The end.

1 I know about that.
2? Please enlighten me. You got a link to quotes? Maybe you can tell me all about the terms we offered? Or just admit it's a guess, educated guess maybe but a guess all the same.

Have you said anywhere that if he comes he needs to work hard to be forgiven? If not I wasn't even on about you.

Why the **** should I have to do that?
Liverpool accepted Borini didn't, doesn't take a brain surgeon to see that.
Why should I have inside information on the terms?
Are you now agreeing that it is Borini holding us to ransom with excessive personal terms.

I shall restate Liverpool accepted our at least 6 million over the top offer for Borini and the only person who can be now stopping the deal going through is Borini.

Unless you have personal information that make these facts incorrect.

I dont think its as simple as that! If it was we would know for certain that he has turned us down! Gus wouldnt be still clinging on to the whole saga! I think Borini is keeping his options open for as long as possible! I think what is frustrating is that this whole scenario could cause repercussions and be the difference between us having a good season and us struggling! If we have put all of our eggs into Borini's basket we could be in trouble! However if he bins us off and we manage to get 2-3 good players for the same combined price then it could be the best thing to happen to us! Its all up in the air at the moment! I cant wait till the window shuts and we know where we stand!

I haven't misunderstood anything and I certainly wasn't offended just amused that your holier than thou post derided so many other posters on this thread, as you looked down from your white charger.
I'm also very proud of my dickhead hat, I always wear it whilst posting my rambling ****e. <ok>

And your claiming that your sweeping derogatory post about all of us out with pitchforks didn't apply to my post is laughable.

I'm sorry mate but you are agreeing with me.
If he is keeping his options open as you say, that is him saying he will only come to us as a last resort if he doesn't get the move he prefers.

ffs read post #1347 I don't have any gripe with you. It's you putting yourself in a false category. Lets break this down so you understand, I posted about people who made comments regarding forgiveness, you never mentioned any such thing but call my post dog vomit because you accused me of tarring you with a brush

I DIDN'T TAR YOU WITH THAT BRUSH BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T FALL INTO THE CATEGORY I'M ON ABOUT

I've no problem with your comments or reasoning as it doesn't conflict with my point.

**** sake man wake up <doh>

hhhhmmmm! maybe you're right! But another scenario is that Liverpool could be holding onto Borini until they get a replacement! Just because they accept an offer doesnt mean that they allowed us to talk to him! Borini could be clinging onto the hope that Liverpool could not get another forward in! Given him a chance of Champions League football! Cant blame him hanging around for that! I wonder that if Liverpool got Remy then Borini might be a Sunderland player by now! The point I am making is that we dont know what the hell is going on! But if Borini is leaving us hanging whilst having no intention of joining us then he is an utter twat! This is the future of our club he is playing with!!!!!

Nope seems like I haven't been away. :p

I understand what you're saying about Liverpool mate, but after their accepting our offer, I can't see them dragging it out just in case.
I mean it looks like that plank Lambert would be in front of him at the dippers.

That means the only stumbling block is the player himself.

Sunderland head coach Gus Poyet has admitted he is losing patience in his bid to sign Fabio Borini on a permanent deal.
The Liverpool striker enjoyed a successful spell on loan at the Stadium of Light last season and has been top of Poyet's list of transfer targets over the summer.
But although Sunderland have had an offer accepted, the proposed transfer remains some distance from being finalised.
Poyet is confident of pushing the deal through, but is being forced to consider other options with the transfer window deadline rapidly approaching.
Asked if the club would set a deadline for signing Borini, Poyet said: "I have asked myself many, many times. I don't know, to be honest, I don't know if we need to put a date on it or not. I don't know.

The arrival of Balotelli could trigger Fabio Borini’s exit from Anfield. The fellow Italian has been stalling over a move to Sunderland for a month.

Liverpool are still keen to pocket the £14million on offer from the Black Cats and Borini has been informed that if he stays he will be fourth choice striker behind Daniel Sturridge, Balotelli and Rickie Lambert.

“Every player here now is clear in terms of where I see them either in the squad or not in the squad. Every player understands exactly where they stand here at Liverpool.

“We will see between now and the end of August whether opportunities come for them to move on if they want to do that.”

Pretty much says it all mate. <ok>

To make my stance clear I would have been chuffed to bits if Borini had agreed to come here.
But!
IF he wanted to come here, here he would be right now, working on tactics for the ManU match.

This isn't the dippers holding us to ransom we made an over the top offer for a £6 million player and they wanted to snatch our hands off.
If BOrini wants to be in a pecking order with Lambert in front of him more power to his elbow. <rofl>

everybody has a different view on the matter, mine is that he will come once they have balotelli in, if not then that'll be it and at that point he will go from hero to zero on wearside, there will then be no more excuses

Poyet told the Gazette: “Yes, I think the loans will come from those big teams.

“That’s not easy though.

“We know a little bit with the Chelsea players who could be available.

“It’s not from the team who has been playing and is a strong group. It’s the team that is behind – and Patrick (van Aanholt) was one of them.

“We know a little bit about the Liverpool ones and the Manchester City ones as well.

“But the rest are rumours. We don’t know about Man United or Arsenal.

“We’re waiting to make sure that with the main two positions we’re looking at, that we get the right opportunities for the two loans.

“But Fabio is holding us up a little bit.”
