It would be very unusual for a business to send around 17000 packages and for them all to arrive safely at their destination. The law of averages would suggest some will go astray e.g. delivered to the wrong address, lost in a sorting office somewhere. **** happens, it's nothing personal, no one's been harmed get over it.
I think they'll all turn up, just after the first match, because they took so long to start getting them out. Which in my book is incompetence.
