What a great player Mark Reid was for us <cheers> Signed for 50 grand from Celtic, and as reliable as clockwork in the top flight for us over the next 3-4 years. I think he lost his place in the end to a burgeoning Scott Minto, before going back up North to St Mirren. The last I heard he was working as a cab driver. You simply don't get footballers like that any more.

Has he? <laugh>. After all was said and done one of his members private messaged me requesting an email to send past screen shots of his threats to fight people and for ''accidents to happen''. Like Vincent Tan, I'll bide my time <laugh>

And how embarrassing for me and my knowledge of Reid's. Though in my defence I was born in the 80's.

    I'll re-read AH's thread now!

    Welcome Reidy <ok>

I guess a lot depends on who pays the bill for the phone .... if it were a Company phone and Cardiff paid the bill each month then all the data on the phone belongs to Cardiff, if they were unhappy with some of the texts then it is an employment matter and for Cardiff to take the necessary action.

Alcohol and time has robbed me off my memory but Mark Reid (who was about the same size as Warwick Davies) was partnered with Jon Pender and John Humphreys, who else was the stand out Defender in the Lawrence promotion year...was it Shirtlift ? I am trying to recall another scot who came down - not Melrose ......

    @ typical

Original back 4 from promotion season was:

    Johns, Humphery, Reid, Thompson, Pender

We then added Bolder & Shirtliff.

    Caton came much later

MacKenzie - £200,000 from West Brom. A lot of money in those days. Started off making Andy Peake look like Gareth Bale. Ended up a decent player for us. Could boss a midfield in the top flight. He was sold on to a Spanish club for £600k ?

You have got to laugh at Reams. He is a strange cross between Walter Mitty and Minty from EastEnders.

John Humphrey was perhaps one of the best right backs ever to represent the club and Chris Solly will do well to emulate him. Humph was at his best when played as wing back.

Great player. Sir Bobby Robson said he was unlucky not to get capped - he had Kenny Samsom and Gary Stevens in front of him at that time.

He definitely mentioned Sansom. I remember Lennie saying that he raised it with S.B.R

Humphery would have got 20-30 caps in another era - compare him to Fat Glen Johnson, Kyle Walker, Martin Kelly etc...

If you really want the goods on that fat drunken playape, Reamer, it's vey easy to find and I have screenshots which clearly consists of threats of violence, both containing the threat and the intent and very chargeable. In fact, it's less one click away. I always see it when I google not 606charlton.

I'd rather we left that plastic wannabe to his own sandpit. He is not Charlton, not a fan, and is a laughable, pathetic nobody.

I know Mr May has been on here deriding our traffic so let's just get some facts straight - as of 10 minutes ago.

ITTV had 1105 'members'. 504 have never posted. Many have posted once or twice, I have the figures if anyone wants to know the full story.

There have been 118740 posts of which Reams has posted 21509 (18.1%). Inkblot, his co-moderator, has posted 10916 (9.2%). So the two mods account for 27.3% of the traffic.

Include the next three significant posters - including not surprisingly Mr Ackworth - then those 5 people account for 43.8% of the traffic.

    Hardly a vibrant, inclusive site.

As Vol suggests, you've got to laugh at Reams.

Haven't stopped laughing since I read that <cheers>

So the Reamer's own activity actually makes up almost 20% of ITTV's traffic..... so when Reams posts one of his regular threats to close ITTV due to lack of variety and traffic...he is actually complaining about himself <laugh>

Right boys - as much as you're all factually correct, lets keep things on topic <cheers>
