I spotted this posted up on Twitter. It shows the depth in each position, though perhaps it's a bit fanciful having Adel Taarabt on there give the speculation about his future. Other than that, it's looking good!

It's looking good. Only position to fill if Remy and Adel stay is cover for Green. But if those 2 do go, good replacements are still needed.
Err, I'm guessing this is indicative ( SWP a left wing back?) but it does show one rather glaring weakness. We have no back up for the lynch pin of this system, a ball playing centre back/ sweeper in Ferdinand. Who is quite likely to be absent at some stage.
I wonder if Balotelli's impending transfer to Liverpool might yet result in Milan returning for an improved offer for Taarabt. Regarding Stan's Liverpool "Intel" on the Remy transfer: it may not be quite what has been reported, but I still think there's something undisclosed to the general public that is putting clubs off acquiring the Frenchman.
I'd stick Henry there - replace the sweeper with a vacuum. No, seriously, that would be my cover for the position.
I'm guessing but the back 5 as listed should all be interchangable and capable of playing the central role, plus there are also the likes of Harriman, Ehmer, Donaldson who if they are not loaned out should be available for cover..... Also although Murphy is a competatnt keeper I would like to see us get McCarthy from Reading as competition fro Green. All in all not looking too shabby, just need to get them playing well and getting a few decent results starting on Sunday....
This was produced by the QPR media team - and they have put SWP at left wing back - so I presume that is where Harry would play him if he was to play this season. Certainly room for one more - I would have thoughts, going by the rumours - that Kranjcar is the one to fill the last spot.
Phillips as a rwb, SWP at lwb and Hoilett as a backup for one of the midfield three? Talk about square pegs in round holes. Our squad is taking shape though, you have to admit. Agree that another defender is needed.
