If the payment was promised and hasn't been sent then it is embarrassing but not surprising when football clubs are involved.

Burnsy just interviewed a city representative, and the money was paid to the wrong account, but that has been rectified now.

 

It was supposed to be sent via FA but we sent it to Premier League....doh!!
